Dr. Anatoliy Yarovyi
Anatoly Yarovyi is a highly accomplished attorney with two decades of extensive experience in the legal field. His expertise spans law enforcement, intelligence operations, International Public Law, and human rights, with a particular emphasis on Interpol and extradition cases. In addition, he offers consulting services to high-profile clients on matters related to personal and business security, data protection, and freedom of movement.
Anatoly’s extensive background includes positions within the Prosecutor’s Office, various intelligence agencies, and several leading multinational law firms recognized among the top ten in their field. He holds a Master of Law from Lviv University (2004) and an LL.M. from Stanford University (2013).
He completed a dissertation on Covert Investigative and Intelligence Activities, earning a Doctor of Philosophy in Law. As a dedicated advocate for human rights and a specialist in Interpol law, Anatoly has successfully managed numerous high-profile, multi-jurisdictional cases involving politicians, business leaders, and human rights activists around the globe. His notable achievements also include successfully representing clients at the European Court of Human Rights and being selected as one of the 15 candidates for the position of Judge of the ECHR in 2021.
